The Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Director of Nursing is responsible for coordinating daily ASC functions, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

This role oversees operations, safety, infection control, and quality initiatives, and ensures that staff are trained, competent, and supported.

The person hired into this role will train in our Interventional Pain Clinic, then transition to the ASC when it opens later this year.

Compensation :

• $100,000-$120,000 per year Schedule : Full-Time, Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations : Oversee day to day ASC operations, including staffing, scheduling, and compliance with CMS and Joint Commission regulations.
• Lead and supervise all ASC staff (clinical and non-clinical), ensuring training, licensure, and ongoing competency.
• Promote a collaborative, patient-focused culture with strong physician and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate reporting and records for regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
