Position Summary :

We’re looking for a motivated Roofing Service Sales & Inspector to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines on-site roof inspections with client relationship building and sales. You’ll work closely with our Service Manager and team to provide detailed roof assessments, prepare service proposals, and help clients maintain their roofing portfolios.

What You’ll Do :

Survey and inspect residential and commercial roofs, diagnose issues, and prepare professional reports.

Create detailed repair and maintenance estimates, including materials, equipment, and labor.

Present proposals and service programs to property managers, building owners, HOA boards, and homeowners.

Develop and maintain client relationships, including following up on leads and scheduling inspections.

Assist with marketing and promoting annual service and maintenance programs.

Collaborate with service crews when needed and attend company events.

What We’re Looking For :

3+ years of roofing experience (residential or commercial) with knowledge of repairs and maintenance programs.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.

Project management and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work safely on roofs.

Computer proficiency for preparing reports, proposals, and client communications.
