About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Growth Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative strategist with a strong understanding of both digital marketing and traditional community engagement. This role is crucial for our clinic's expansion, focusing on acquiring new patients, building strategic partnerships, and increasing brand visibility through a variety of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Patient Acquisition : Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., paid ads, social media, content marketing, SEO) to attract new patients. Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve ROI.
• Community and Business Development : Forge and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations to establish referral partnerships.
• Event Planning & Execution : Plan, promote, and host public events such as workshops, webinars, and open houses to educate the community on mental health topics and showcase our services.
• Fundraising : Work with the leadership team to identify and pursue fundraising opportunities, including grant applications and community-based campaigns, to support clinic programs and outreach efforts.
• Brand Management : Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with our brand identity and professional standards.

Qualifications

Pay range and compensation package

$30 / hr with potential of converting to full time job with full benefit package.
