The PT will provide individualized rehabilitation programs, combining advanced hands-on techniques with patient education, for a wide range of orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. Responsibilities : Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy programs tailored to each patient's needs. Provide hands-on therapy, gait and balance training, fall prevention, and rehabilitation for orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management techniques. Collaborate with PTAs and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Document all treatments and patient progress in CPSI EMR (experience highly preferred). Manage a patient load averaging 8 / day Monday-Thursday and 6 / day on Friday. Qualifications : Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy. Minimum 2 years of current PT experience required; new graduates will not be considered. Previous outpatient rehabilitation experience required. Previous travel experience required (minimum 3 months). BLS certification required. Experience working with PTAs preferred. CPSI EMR experience highly preferred.
