Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team in Rocky Mount, NC.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Utilize EMR systems and participate in clinical research and quality improvement.
• Provide telehealth services to improve patient access.

Qualifications include valid certification as an FNP or PA, with preferred experience in primary, urgent care, or hospital medicine. Strong communication skills, patient-centered approach, and ability to work in fast-paced settings are essential.
