This role will be responsible for managing subcontract relationships within the EAS Production portfolio. This involves a combination of collaborative / in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format with time split between working onsite and remotely. In this role, you will be reporting to a Senior Subcontract Program Manager. In this role you will :

• Manage the execution of subcontracts for prime mission equipment material through the Production phase of the program lifecycle
• Evaluate, negotiate, and manage assigned subcontract relationships to execute to each projects specifications, quality, budget, schedule, and earned value requirements, to include the timely delivery of all deliverables required to fulfill the subcontract
• Author, manage, and influence critical path releases of Supplier Statements of Works (SSOWs) and plans to align with required schedules and subcontractor lead times
• Deliver quality customer service to both internal and external customers, and foster and maintain good supplier relationships, while driving a Zero Defect mindset with suppliers
• Participate in the development of financial plans for the company, as it pertains to the planned outsourced portion of the project(s) to which you are assigned

Pay Information :

Full-Time Salary Range : $115779 - $196825 Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
