What You’ll Do

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility

Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and emotional status

Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and dignity

Build meaningful relationships with residents and families

Collaborate with nurses and other care team members

What We’re Looking For

Active CNA certification in the state of New Jersey

Compassionate and dependable

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Prior experience in long-term care preferred, but not required
