Office Clerk, Resident Life / Associate Housing

At Cedar Point, work is FUN! Working as an Office Clerk for our Resident Life Team means youll be responsible for clerical duties that support the administrative funtions of the Resident Life, mail, and transportation teams. Youll also

• Daily reconciliationof Express Check-Outs including returning keys to their assigned location, initiating work orders for lost / damaged keys, inspecting room spaces for damages and assessingall fees that result from these tasks using StarRez campus management system.
• Oversee the daily paperwork audits including Associate Information Reports and housing application status for residents in history status.
• Support administrative functions for the Resident life team such as reviewing and approving Housing applications and responding to the Housing or Mail team inboxes according to department policy and standard operating procedures. Respond to all incoming phone calls and emails professionally and following department policy and standard operating procedures.
• Support Housing Leadership with the monthly room inspection program, including preparing inspections runs within StarRez campus management system and generating inspection notices.
• Assist mail team campus mail room operation and package check in, specifically associate letter mail. This includes creating folders for new housing check-ins.
• Support Resident Life operations to back fill Associate Recreation Center or Resident Assistant desk operations as necessary.
• Support mail team by assisting with runs to the post office or completing daily mail runs as assigned. Audits and tracks missing package inquiries.
• Support associate transportation as necessary by driving a shuttle to cover breaks or open shifts.
