Business Development / Account Manager – Regimental Safety LLC

Remote / Travel Throughout the Midwest

About Regimental Safety

Regimental Safety LLC is a veteran-owned safety consulting firm built on discipline, integrity, and results. We provide OSHA-compliant safety management, onsite safety staffing, confined space rescue, and turnaround safety services to clients across the industrial, construction, and manufacturing sectors.

Our tactical approach to safety sets us apart — we embed with our clients, integrate into their operations, and help them achieve Goal Zero. As we continue expanding across the Midwest, we're looking for a Business Development / Account Manager to lead growth in turnarounds, shutdowns, and specialty safety services

What You'll Do

  • Develop new business opportunities focused on turnarounds, confined space rescue, and onsite safety support across industrial and manufacturing facilities.
  • Manage and grow client accounts through consistent communication and exceptional service.
  • Identify upcoming turnaround projects, coordinate proposals, and support bid development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to strengthen relationships with EPCs, contractors, and plant owners.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events across the Midwest.
  • Track opportunities, client activity, and pipeline performance through CRM tools.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development or account management, preferably in industrial safety, turnaround services, or confined space operations.
  • Strong understanding of plant operations, project timelines, and contractor relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with OSHA compliance, confined space entry / rescue operations, and safety staffing.
  • Military background or experience working with veteran-owned companies is a plus.
