Job Description

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for technology projects. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs. Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project delivery. Monitor project progress and provide updates to leadership teams.

The Successful Applicant

A strong background in business analysis within the technology sector. 4+ years' experience in WMS, supply chain technologies, or EDI implementations. Experience in software testing and agile environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in working on cross-functional teams to deliver results.
