About the Role

As our next Associate, you’ll be stepping into a lighthearted and friendly environment where quality medicine and client satisfaction are our top priorities. Under the guidance of our Medical Director, Dr. Brian Benjamin, and alongside our dedicated 15-person team, you’ll find a culture that prioritizes teaching and training .

We’re a technician-driven practice, allowing you to focus on what you love—practicing medicine! Our well-trained team handles most discussions about procedure costs, giving you ample opportunities to shine in your medical and surgical skills. We warmly welcome recent graduates and early career doctors to apply!

Your Daily Adventure

A typical day at Ohio Drive is structured yet fulfilling, starting and ending with appointments, while afternoons are reserved for surgeries and lunch. We’re open Monday to Saturday (half-day), focusing on routine surgeries and daily dentistry cases. Plus, we have excellent relationships with orthopedic veterinarians and referral doctors for advanced specialty surgeries.

We offer full-time or part-time scheduling with NO on-call or emergency hours , ensuring you enjoy a flexible and balanced work week!
