Job description$19.00 an hour Monday – Friday with overtime opportunities on Saturdays 1 : 30pm – 10 : 00pm Will train the first couple of weeks on 10 : 00am-7 : 00pm schedule Performing routine lab tests and quality checks on raw materials and finished products Documenting and maintaining accurate test results Following food safety, GMP, and company guidelines to ensure compliance Supporting production with timely lab analysis and reporting Maintaining a clean and organized lab environment Previous experience in a laboratory or food manufacturing setting preferred Ability to train on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
