Data Entry Specialist Accounts Payable Support

Location : Westbrook, ME

About the Role :

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Data Entry Specialist to join our finance department in Chadwick, Maine. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the Accounts Payable team by ensuring accurate and timely entry of financial data, helping maintain smooth operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Enter invoice and payment data into accounting systems with high accuracy
• Assist AP team with document management and recordkeeping
• Verify vendor information and update records as needed
• Help reconcile discrepancies and support audit preparation
• Collaborate with AP Specialists to ensure timely processing of transactions
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 / hr.
