Summary :

Senior technical resource responsible for complex troubleshooting, infrastructure administration, project execution, and advanced configuration of client environments.

Primary Responsibilities

Conduct advanced root-cause analysis and resolve issues escalated from System Administrator II

Provide tenant-level M365 expertise including advanced mail routing, SharePoint site structure, conditional access policy troubleshooting, security configuration, and advanced Defender investigations

Comfortable working with DNS (internal and external), MX records and SSL certs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable supporting infrastructure wide Layer 2 and 3 networking

Comfortable deploying networking infrastructure (Firewall, Access points, switches)

Develop and maintain scripting-based automation for RMM tasks and onboarding / offboarding workflows

Lead small to medium-sized client projects including migrations, network refreshes, and server-to-cloud transitions

Document advanced processes and provide internal training for System Administrator I and II personnel

Participate in scoping discussions with account management to support solution design

Microsoft 365 Security Administrator (SC-300), Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, CompTIA Security+, Ubiquiti UEWA / UBWA, Meraki advanced certifications.
