An established Seattle law firm is seeking a  Temp-to-Hire Litigation Paralegal (4894)  to join its Tacoma office, with a preference for candidates who bring medical malpractice experience. This role offers the opportunity to support a busy litigation practice while evaluating long-term fit within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist attorneys with case preparation, including discovery, document management, and trial support

Draft and organize pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Review, summarize, and manage records, including medical records and related case files

Maintain case files and ensure deadlines are tracked and met

Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel as needed

Support attorneys in trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience required; medical malpractice background preferred

Proficiency in legal technology tools; ProLaw experience is a strong plus

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
