Job Title : Maintenance Mechanic

Shift : 3rd 10P-6 : 30A (Sun-Thurs)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Mechanic to join our production team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, performing preventative maintenance, and repairing production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime in a fast-paced bottling environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production and support equipment are functioning properly.
• Perform preventative maintenance procedures.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Make repairs or adjustments to equipment as needed.
• Perform basic electrical duties such as replacing motors, switches, and photoelectric sensors.
• Conduct package changeovers on production lines as required.
• Support the team in all aspects of operation.
• Train team members on mechanical processes.
• Focus on continuous improvement.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with ISO Good Manufacturing Practices standards.

Work Environment

The work environment is non-climate controlled and can be humid due to the constant water flow and the nature of the equipment and liquids being processed. The role requires adaptability to cool, hot, and humid conditions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marietta, Georgia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $31.00 / hr.
