We are on the lookout for kind-hearted Home Health Aides to bring smiles and support to our patients in the Waterford, MI area! If you're passionate about making a difference in someone's life by providing daily living assistance and personal care, we want you on our team!
This role requires working 6 to 8 hour shifts during the day.
Your Daily Heroes' Responsibilities :
- Offer compassionate health care services in our patients' homes
- Help with household tasks to ensure a comfortable environment
- Assist in transporting and accompanying patients to their doctor's appointments or hospital visits
- Assisting with simple prescribed medications with care
- Support clients with personal care activities
- Monitor vital signs and report any concerns
- Keep detailed care records and document provided services
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy or exercises
- Be a friendly companion
