Responsibilities :
- Manage and support employee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues while maintaining an attentive and confidential approach.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations, providing guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with the benefits team to assist with employee benefit functions and inquiries.
- Utilize HR systems such as Ceridian and Paylocity to maintain accurate employee records and streamline processes.
- Communicate effectively with employees across all levels of the organization, fostering transparency and trust.
- Provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and programs.
- Fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal, is required.
- Proven experience in employee relations and onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Ceridian and Paylocity.
- Strong understanding of benefits administration and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
