Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with outpatient and inpatient experience for a multi-modality role across various care settings.

Responsibilities

  • Work includes home health, outpatient, and acute care settings
  • Assignment may involve travel to various area facilities within a 60-mile radius, including patient home visits
  • Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, day shifts, with preference for 8-hour shifts but possible 4x10 schedule
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • Role may require coverage across multiple facilities based on assignment needs
  • Strong generalist skill set is preferred due to varied patient populations
  • Position involves direct patient care in clinic, acute, and home health environments
  • Phone interview with manager required prior to offer

    • Requirements

  • Minimum of general Physical Therapy experience required, including post-op, sports injury, and geriatric cases
  • Must have outpatient experience and preferred inpatient experience
  • Current license in the state of practice required if applicable
  • Completion of a skills checklist required
  • Two professional references from a supervisor, manager, or director preferred
