Customer Service Rep Pt Portal

Job Functions

The purpose / primary function of this role is to handle incoming email / call requests through the Patient Portal from existing and new patients regarding all aspects of the business.

Job Functions :

• Ensures all email requests / inquiries are responded to within 72 business hours
• Completes the requests / inquiries in the appropriate applications and / or forwards additional information / action needed to the appropriate Lincare department(s)
• Proficient in all systems necessary to complete the requests / inquiries
• Meets / sets daily goals to ensure SLA is met
