Family Medicine Opening Outside of San AntonioLocation : New Braunfels, TX Nearby Cities : San Antonio 30 m, Austin 50 m Type : Full-Time, Permanent Setting : 100% Outpatient Primary Care Seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its outpatient practice in New Braunfels, Texas. This opportunity combines a physician-led practice environment with modern facilities and robust financial incentives. #### Practice Overview : Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Half-day of administrative hours included weekly Outpatient-only care – no inpatient responsibilities Manageable patient panel : 18–22 patients / day Recently built facility (2020) with on-site lab draws Physician-led group with governance by physician board of directors #### Compensation & Benefits : Highly competitive base compensation and benefits package Malpractice insurance provided (no clinic buy-in required) Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Loan repayment : Up to $125,000 beginning after year 1 Retention bonus : $125,000 for those not utilizing loan repayment Residency stipends : $2,000 / month for commitments before residency completion CME allowance + 5 additional CME days (not counted as PTO) Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) No state income tax in Texas #### About the Area : New Braunfels is a thriving community nestled between San Antonio and Austin, offering family-friendly living, excellent schools, and abundant recreational opportunities.
