Type : 6-Month Contract (Interim)
Location : Hybrid – New Jersey (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
Compensation : Equivalent to $130,000 – $160,000 annualized FTE
Organization : Fortune 300 FMCG Client, business partnering with a US sales organization (300 FTEs).
Role Overview
We’re seeking a strong individual contributor and experienced HR Business Partner to support a high-performing sales organization during a key period of transformation for a 6-month parental leave cover.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a world-leading FMCG organization , supporting a highly visible sales organization and making a meaningful impact on business performance and employee experience. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, helping to align people strategies with business goals, foster a culture of accountability and engagement, and navigate organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with business leaders and the wider HR team, this role will deliver on the company’s HR strategy, lead change initiatives, and provide hands-on support across employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Strategically partner with sales and commercial leaders to deliver people strategies that drive business performance and employee engagement.
- Lead HR elements of organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and successful implementation.
- Manage performance cycles, calibrations, and feedback processes to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to assess and administer merit-based performance bonuses, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fair, transparent outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.
- Support leadership in developing talent plans, identifying capability gaps, and implementing targeted development initiatives.
- Contribute to key HR initiatives including succession planning, engagement, and workforce planning.
- Ensure HR practices remain compliant with all relevant employment legislation and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of progressive HR Business Partnering experience gained in a FMCG environment.Experience gained supporting a commercial area of a FMCG business is highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP / SCP, PHR / SPHR, or equivalent) preferred.Demonstrated experience managing change and transformation initiatives.Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and leadership coaching.Ready to Apply?
