Primary Purpose

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. This individual will be responsible for safely performing high-quality welding and piling work in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform welding tasks for various projects including structural steel and pile driving operations.
• Execute penetration groove welds ensuring proper strength and integrity of the welds.
• Work with blueprints, specifications, and other technical documentation to understand the scope of work.
• Ensure all welds meet structural welding standards.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure welds meet company and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Follow all safety regulations and ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant standards.
