Job description

Maximus Federal  is seeking an  Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon  (OMFS) to join the Medical Consultant panel to be an Expert Medical Reviewer to conduct medical judgment appeals.

  • ?The medical professional shall be a clinician expert in the treatment of the enrollee’s medical condition and knowledgeable about the proposed treatment through recent or current actual clinical experience treating patients with similar medical conditions.

    • Key Requirements :

  • Board-certified :  Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon  for more than  5 years .
  • Direct Patient Care :  Must be actively engaged in providing direct patient care for more than 25 hours a week
  • Work Arrangement :  This is a  1099 (at-will)  role for both parties.
