Job Summary IT Business Analyst (Menands, NY)

• Support and maintain large software systems or applications (minimum 7 years' experience).
• Analyze complex business processes and develop / review test plans (minimum 7 years' experience).
• Research, document, communicate, and validate requirements throughout the system, process, or product / service development lifecycle.
• Manage changes to business processes to help the organization achieve goals.
• Provide clear, written communications to business owners, IT teams, and management.
• Work with Health Insurance, Affordable Care Act, or Medicaid, specifically on Eligibility and Enrollment processes (not Health Care).
• Review and evaluate technical specifications for compliance with business objectives and requirements.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15-month position based in Menands, NY.
