Location : Sebring Region Post-Acute Facilities

Start Date : Upon completion of credentialing (typically 4 5 months)

About the Role :

We are seeking a Daytime Post-Acute / LTAC Physician to join our team in the Sebring region. This role offers a flexible schedule, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to focus on patient care without nights or codes.

Compensation & Schedule :

Base salary : $285,000 per year

Flexible schedule, typically Monday Friday with occasional weekends

Collections-based bonuses : Ability to earn an additional guaranteed bonuses per month

Responsibilities :

Daytime rounding across post-acute and LTAC facilities

Work alongside 2 APPs to split daily patient census

No procedures or codes required

No night shifts required

Flexible rounding hours

Qualifications :

Board-certified / eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or relevant specialty

Experience in post-acute or long-term acute care preferred but not required
