Appian Developer

Graham Technologies is seeking a skilled Appian Developer . In this role, you will design, build, and maintain Appian applications that support complex financial, acquisition, and analytic data processes within a dynamic multi-contractor environment.

Location : Reston, VA

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement business process management solutions using the Appian BPM Suite .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into Appian solutions.
• Develop and maintain Appian objects, including Records, Reports, SAIL interfaces, Process Models, and Web APIs .
• Optimize and troubleshoot Appian applications for performance, scalability, and reliability .
• Integrate Appian applications with external systems and data sources using REST / SOAP web services.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) , including testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop reusable toolkits and Appian components for process automation.
• Implement Timer Events, Message Events, and Tracking Events to enhance process workflows.
• Design and develop SAIL forms, dashboards, reports, services, and entity-backed records .
• Ensure compliance with Appian best practices and internal coding standards.
• Provide clear technical documentation and user guides for developed solutions.
• Support Agile / Scrum project delivery and collaborate in sprint planning and review meetings.
