Intermediate Care RN (IMC) – Nights – Direct Hire

Location : Seaford, DE

Schedule : Full Time – 12-hour shifts, 7 : 00 PM start – Rotating weekends

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000

Relocation : Up to $2,500 reimbursement

Salary Range : $33.00 – $52.80 / hr (commensurate with experience)

This full-time IMC RN opening offers an exciting chance to work in a progressive, high-acuity intermediate care environment serving patients who require close monitoring and complex interventions but may not need ICU-level care. You’ll join a team-focused, patient-centered nursing unit equipped to manage diverse populations, including :

RNs on this unit deliver advanced cardiac and respiratory monitoring while responding quickly to changes in patient condition. The ideal nurse thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and values clinical precision, adaptability, and compassionate care.
