Job Title : Senior Python Engineer

Location : Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

Job Type : Contract

Responsibilities :

Design and build scalable backend and data processing systems using Python 3.x.
Develop modular and reusable Python frameworks for data transformation, integration, and analysis.
Create and maintain RESTful APIs for data services and analytical consumption.
Work with AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS / DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM) for data handling, deployment, and monitoring.
Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to operationalize and integrate models within production systems.
Implement data access layers, metadata management, and data validation logic within applications.
Ensure code performance, scalability, and reliability through structured testing and logging.
Participate in architecture reviews, design discussions, and code reviews.
Stay current with advancements in Python, cloud data engineering, and AI ecosystem tools.

Skills :

5-10 years of professional experience in Python development with a focus on data-driven systems.

Strong command of Python 3.x, including :

Object-Oriented Programming

Data structures, error handling, and performance optimization

Libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and SQLAlchemy

Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs (JSON / XML).

Solid understanding of AWS services Lambda, S3, RDS / DynamoDB, CloudWatch, API Gateway.

Exposure to data modeling, schema design, and cloud data storage patterns.

Experience integrating with AI / ML pipelines or analytical platforms.

Strong debugging and testing capabilities; familiarity with unit and integration testing frameworks.
