Assistant Director of Nursing, RN

Location : \n\nSeabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living\n\nSeabrook Village is searching for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help lead our Assisted Living neighborhood—a role ideal for a clinical leader who is passionate about person-centered care and developing strong, cohesive teams.\n\nIn this role, you'll partner closely with our Director of Nursing and the ADON overseeing Skilled Nursing to shape high-quality resident care, mentor clinical staff, and support compliance and safety initiatives. • Leading and mentoring a team of clinical staff members, ensuring Erickson's Person-Centered Care approach, and creating an exceptional environment for our residents.\n
• Ensuring appropriate staff is provided based on resident acuity in each level of care.\n
• Monitoring infection control for staff and residents and developing appropriate policies for infection control monitoring and reporting.\n
• Monitoring clinical quality areas including wound care, infection control, falls risk reduction, pain management, weight loss, and dehydration.\n
• Participating in Wound Rounds, Operations Meetings, Utilization Review, and Performance Improvement / Risk Management / Safety (PI / RM / S) Committee.\n
• Reviewing clinical outcomes to ensure that we stay above the National, State, and Erickson benchmarking thresholds.\n
• Collaborating with DON to plan, develop and maintain the clinical operational budget for the nursing department.\n
• Partnering with DON and clinical leaders to ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness.\n\nCompensation : Salary range from $110k-$125k with potential for annual bonus. Salary based on experience
• \n\nWhat You Will Need\n
• Current RN nursing license with no restrictions for the state in which they operate.\n
• Expertise in wound care, quality improvement, MDS, falls, hydration, infection control, care planning, etc.… a plus.\n
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a healthcare leadership role (Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, etc.).\n
• Experience with an electronic medical record (EMR) system is preferred.\n
• Must obtain Infection Prevention Certification within 90 days of employment.\n
• CPR / First Aide training preferred.\n\nPlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
