Looking for a new opportunity? Join us as a Warehouse Load Planner! The SIMOS team is currently hiring for full-time, long-term warehouse positions.

As a SIMOS associate, you will receive health / dental benefits within the first 30 days, paid time off, and weekly paychecks! As a Load Planner, you'll be responsible for organizing, planning, and tracking warehouse loads.

You'll need to be detail-oriented and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have 6-12 months of warehouse experience, including basic computer and math skills, and experience with an RF scanner, needs to inspect cartons for damages or wrong labels on carton as well as quantity of units in cartons Shift Information : 1st Shift : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm (Must be open to overtime including Saturdays) 1st Shift : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm (Must be open to overtime including Saturdays) 2nd : Monday-Friday, 4 : 00pm-12 : 30am (Must be open to overtime including Saturdays) .

Pay Rate : $17.00 / hour Duties : This position requires reaching overhead, twisting, turning, and squatting.

Operate a LRT / RF gun as needed.

Operate equipment safely and to exception, as needed.

Employee must always maintain a work-area and environment that is free of plastic, paper, corrugate, damaged materials, and other debris, to help maintain a safe working environment.

Lift up to 50lbs-70lbs solo The warehouse is a high-traffic area and employees must be able to work independently while remaining focus Zero tolerance for cellphones on the floor Non-climate control building .

Position Requirements : Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions Ability to see / hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular / pedestrian traffic Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace Ability to utilize personal protective equipment, which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment Utilize RF scanners to track, verify, and manage inventory and shipments.

Plan and coordinate loads to maximize efficiency and accuracy.

Maintain accurate documentation and data entry using basic computer systems.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Perform basic math calculations to verify counts and load specifications.

Communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and supervisors.

Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.

Requirements : Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education : No Education Requirement.
