You will be responsible for excellence in customer service and ensuring our customers are delighted by every interaction with you and your colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of technical services for clients. Most work is performed remotely, with on-site opportunities. Involves learning and growing, with opportunities to participate in application and migration projects, training, and Microsoft Partner functions while supporting diverse clients.
- Be self-motivated, organized, and outgoing; work well in a busy environment with a solid customer base and growing needs.
- Manage time effectively; handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a demanding full-time role; learn new skills across network support areas (Active Directory, Azure, AWS, Office 365, Exchange, Windows Server, System Center, Citrix, Windows deployments, and more).
- Recommend industry best-practice solutions to clients and address business needs, whether the client recognizes the need or not.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and participate in team meetings to move service requests forward.
- Assist in implementing all technical services and follow policies and procedures consistently.
- Participate in daily and weekly team meetings and service / project meetings as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience working for an MSP or managing a full environment relatively on your own is required.Proficiency with Windows, Windows Server, Azure, AWS, Office 365, proper server administration, firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, SonicWall), routers, Desktop Imaging, Networking, Outlook, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Group Policy, Teams, Microsoft Admin Center, patching, and monitoring.Knowledge of Intune, System Center, Hyper-V / VMware; understanding data protection strategies and multi-layer security.Ability to prioritize service requests and escalations; strong verbal and written communication skills.Qualifications and Soft Skills
Time management, excellent written and verbal skills, ability to understand business concepts, independence, professionalism, and the initiative to ask detailed questions.Drive to enhance skills independently, with opportunities for training on Microsoft server products, deployments, and related areas.Leadership, integrity, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic technology environment; strong communication and collaboration skills.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, write client-ready documentation, emails, proposals, and project plans with proper grammar and punctuation.What Will You Do on a Day-to-Day Basis?
