Guest Experience Member
Guest Experience Members are responsible for the daily operations at a ModWash location. You'll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You'll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs.
What you'll do :
- Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.
- Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
- Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.
- Actively engage with customers pre / post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
- Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
What you'll need :
A passion for serving others.Awesome customer service skills, previous sales experience a plus.Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.Qualifications :
