This role is a learning role where new associates work with their team to proactively build skills in preparation for the next level up as a Mobile Expert. You will be required to successfully complete new employee training.

Responsibilities

• Build proficiency related to serving and selling to customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by :
• Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions and keep customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion.
• Becoming skilled with and consistently using digital tools in interactions and onboarding to demonstrate :
• How our coverage stacks up in the customer's neighborhood and the LTE network
• Why T-Mobile plans and services will let customers live unlimited, feel the love, stay connected and go further.
• Completing training on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and resources.
• Making the most of time on shift, learning about wireless innovations between customers.
• Establishing relationships with and partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels to :
• Own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless environment.
• Identify and hand off small business leads.
• Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment.

Hourly Base Pay : $21.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, on-the-job training and eligible for hourly training pay. After training, eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000 / year. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20 / hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. All employees are eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
