Key Facts :

Schedule : Out for 12 days, home for 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend.

Routes : OTR across all 48 states, primarily East of I-35, but flexible based on freight availability.

Mileage : Average 2000-2200 miles per week; dependent on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability.

Freight : All no-touch freight.

Drop & Hook : 50-60% of loads; 40-50% live unload.

City Restrictions : No forced dispatch into NYC or its boroughs.

Details :

Equipment : 2021+ Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworths.

Support : 24 / 7 operations specialists available.

Payscale Based On Verified Experience :

3-5 Months- $0.57

6-11 Months- $0.58

12-23 Months- $0.60

2-9 Years - $0.62

10+ Years - $0.64

Pay & Bonuses :

Detention Pay : $12.50 per hour after the 2nd hour.

Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 per day.

Sign-On Bonus : $500 after the first load, $500 at 30 days.

Mileage Bonus : 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity; eligible the first of the month following your hire date.
