What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Make unsolicited outbound calls to secure new clients and increase wallet share from existing clients
  • Achieve sales quotas by utilizing strong selling and rapport-building skills
  • Manage workflow effectively by planning and prioritizing tasks to contact assigned leads
  • Utilize customer fulfillment processes and tools to ensure accurate translation of customer transactions
  • Build rapport with clients and understand their needs to offer tailored solutions
  • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales experience preferred
  • Experience with SalesForce software preferred
  • Previous call center or customer service experience
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Strong ability to build rapport with clients and team members
  • Consultative approach with a focus on customer needs
  • Proven track record in finding leads and building a strong sales pipeline
  • Accountability for actions, progress, and results
