What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Make unsolicited outbound calls to secure new clients and increase wallet share from existing clientsAchieve sales quotas by utilizing strong selling and rapport-building skillsManage workflow effectively by planning and prioritizing tasks to contact assigned leadsUtilize customer fulfillment processes and tools to ensure accurate translation of customer transactionsBuild rapport with clients and understand their needs to offer tailored solutionsWhat is Required (Qualifications)
Must be 18 years of age or olderBasic computer knowledgeMinimum of 1 year of outbound sales experience preferredExperience with SalesForce software preferredPrevious call center or customer service experienceHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
