Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position seeks a Special Education Teacher to serve an elementary school caseload of approximately 20 students with mild to moderate special needs. The role is full-time and follows a contract schedule for the 2025-2026 school year, starting August 8, 2025, and concluding May 20, 2026.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the needs of students with mild to moderate disabilities
• Deliver specialized instruction and support to a caseload of about 20 elementary-aged students
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to promote student success and inclusion
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications :

Location : Schuyler, Nebraska

This contract position provides a structured school year schedule with opportunities to impact the educational growth of students requiring specialized support. Compensation will be based on experience.
