Clinical Role :

• Generous referral bonus for qualified candidate leads
• Coverage dates : October 15 - March 15
• Schedule : Clinic + weekday call; 24-hour weekend call
• Support from APPs in hospital and clinic, nurse navigator, palliative care team, and radiation oncology
• Reason for need : Permanent provider on maternity leave
• Assigned and unassigned patient coverage
• 20-minute call response time required
• Facility open to multiple providers for coverage
• Hospital Stroke Certified; trauma levels I & III
• Admissions required
• EMR : Cerner
