About Salem’s Fresh Eats :

Salem’s is known for fresh, high-quality food served fast and with a smile. We’re looking for a motivated Shift Lead to help guide our team and keep operations running smoothly during busy shifts.

What You’ll Do :

  • Support the GM and AGM in daily operations
  • Lead FOH and BOH teams during shifts to ensure great service and food quality
  • Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and store presentation
  • Help manage inventory and reduce waste
  • Train and coach team members, lead by example
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
  • Ensure proper staffing and coverage during peak hours

What We’re Looking For :

  • Previous experience in food service or retail (seafood clerk experience a plus!)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and varying temperatures
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
