Work Hours : Up to 95% travel required to job sites (home on weekends). Full-time, Non-Exempt position.

Location : Richmond, VA

Compensation : $25-$30 / hour based on years of relevant experience

• $70 daily per diem for travel
• Hotels covered for overnight stay
• Additional sign-on bonus available for licensed UST installers
• Overtime opportunities available as needed

Lead Fuel Technician Summary :

The Lead Fuel Technician is responsible for leading crews in the installation and repair of fuel tanks and dispensing systems. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. The Lead Fuel Technician will serve as the on-site leader, coordinating with subcontractors, project managers, and construction managers while mentoring technicians in the field.

This position requires significant travel to job sites across the U.S. (home weekends), including work on military bases. It’s an opportunity to advance your career in a highly specialized, growing industry.
