What You'll Do :

Assist with managing access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry into the logistics and distribution location.

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and delivery personnel by following site-specific policies and procedures.

Monitor entrances, exits, and / or loading docks to verify credentials and maintain a secure environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns.

Document and report any irregularities, property damage, or security-related incidents as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.

Support emergency response activities in accordance with site-specific guidelines and Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
