About the Role :

  • As a Life Insurance Performance Coach, you'll embark on an exciting journey to build your own successful life insurance agency within our supportive network.
  • You'll mentor and guide a team of agents, drive team success, and contribute to our positive company culture.
  • You'll also play a key role in client engagement, providing guidance and support while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • We'll provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to succeed as an entrepreneur and a successful leader.
  • This role is ideal for recent graduates, aspiring entrepreneurs, and individuals who do not have prior sales experience but have strong leadership qualities and a desire to learn and grow within the sales and insurance industry.
  • Your Responsibilities :

  • Lead and Mentor : Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of life insurance agents.
