This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience while presenting value added products to our guests. As an integral part of our sales process, the Finance Manager plays a key role in guiding guests through the financial process, offering tailored solutions and ultimately driving the success and profitability of our dealership. Responsibilities : -Drive revenue growth and profitability by effectively managing finance deals, negotiating terms and maximizing product penetration.

• Advise guests on the various finance and insurance products including loans, vehicle service contracts and maintenance plans ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the process.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with guests, fostering trust and loyalty through open communication and exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and collaborate effectively with the other tem members.

Job Requirement : Qualifications : -At least one year as a Finance Manager in a dealership setting with a successful track record.
