Your Role as a Registered Nurse : \n\nYou'll be the clinical cornerstone for our patients, providing expert care and leadership in the comfort of their homes. As an RN, you'll assess, plan, and manage patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that shares your commitment to quality.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments based on individual patient needs and provider orders\n
• Develop and continually update care plans to reflect evolving conditions and goals\n
• Deliver skilled nursing interventions within the scope of practice and in accordance with physician directives\n
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation per all state, federal, and agency regulations\n
• Lead case conferences, promoting collaboration between caregivers and clinicians\n
• Provide culturally sensitive education to patients and families regarding condition management and treatment plans\n
• Advocate for patient dignity, preferences, and well-being at every step of the care journey\n\n? What You'll Need : \n
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (RN)\n\n. Active Registered Nurse license in MA\n\n. Valid CPR / BLS certification\n\n. Reliable transportation & valid driver's license\n\n. 1+ year of experience in acute care, home health, outpatient, or community health (within the last 2 years)\n\n. Up-to-date health certificate & TB test\n
• Clear understanding of HIPAA and strong commitment to confidentiality\n\n. Fluent in English (spoken & written)\n
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.\n\nCompensation : \n\n. $45 / visit\n\n. $40 / medication administration\n\n. $100 / admission visit\n\nBenefits : \n
