About the Role :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Content Brand Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize marketing assets across all channels. This role is responsible for producing high-quality content tailored for email, social media, digital advertising, websites, and video platforms. The ideal candidate will also maintain a centralized asset library in CARGO, govern usage rights, and ensure all assets are appropriately sized and formatted for their respective platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Creation & Development

  • Design and produce compelling marketing assets including graphics, videos, copy, and multimedia content.
  • Tailor content for specific channels such as email campaigns, social media, digital ads, websites, and video platforms.

Asset Management

  • Maintain and organize a centralized marketing asset library (ie. CARGO).
  • Ensure all assets are properly tagged, versioned, and accessible to relevant stakeholders (internal and agency channel owners) for trafficking and deployment.
  • Govern usage rights and licensing to ensure compliance with brand and legal standards.
  • Channel Optimization

  • Adapt and optimize assets for various platforms, ensuring correct sizing, resolution, and format.
  • Collaborate with channel owners to understand platform-specific requirements and best practices.
  • Brand Consistency

  • Uphold brand guidelines across all content and channels.
  • Review and refine assets to ensure alignment with brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
  • Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with marketing team to align content with campaign goals.
  • Provide guidance on asset usage and support cross-functional teams with content needs.
