Assist with visual aids.
Assist the Quality Engineer or Quality Technician / s in the engineering function.
Prepare the raw data for analysis.
Routine process and product audits.
To follow up the newproduct introductionand experiment as requestedfromleadership
To review the defect sample and check the purge process.
Help tosetupMES for new and existing products.
To followupthe execution of DA,ECNand CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action).
To review non-conformance material and products.
Perform andassistproduction inspections to meet ourcustomer'sdemand.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED required.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
General knowledge of electroniccomponenthandling.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and thegeneral public.
Ability to define problems, collect data,establishfacts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability tooperatea personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.
Advanced PC skills.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Read and understand visualaid.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Ability to read andcomprehendsimple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divideinall units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, andpercentand to draw and interpret graphs.
