Adecco is working with a National Company based in Wrentham, and we are searching for a qualified Admin! This is a temp-to-hire, fully on-site role.
Hours : 8 : 00AM – 5 : 00PM, Monday-Friday
Pay : $23.50 / hour
Responsibilities
Supports ordering supplies to ensure field industrial services projects are appropriately resourced.
Supports obtaining customer pricing.
Prints work orders.
Populates labor, materials, equipment detail on daily work report.
Opens projects and uploads daily work reports and supporting information into EQAI.
Reconciles daily work report against hours. Tracks burn rates on projects.
Coordinates and facilitates subcontractors.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Flexibility to adjust to changing project requirements and environments.
Efficiently manage time to ensure deadlines are adhered to.

Pay Details : $23.50 per hour
