We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong background in computer hardware and operating systems, who enjoys troubleshooting and providing technical support. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing technology systems.

Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Provide technical support for Dell, IBM, and Apple devices, ensuring smooth operation and resolving issues promptly.
• Perform system updates, backups, and maintenance to guarantee optimal performance and data security.
• Manage inventory and asset tagging processes for all IT equipment.
• Handle Active Directory tasks, including user account management and security settings.
• Assist with cable installation and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless technology integration.
• Educate users on best practices for utilizing IT systems effectively.
• Proven experience with computer hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Dell Technologies, IBM systems, and Apple devices.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and backup technologies.
• Ability to manage inventory and asset tagging processes.
• Skilled in cable installation and network connectivity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
