We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Santa Fe, NM to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients' homes in accordance with a physician established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient's residence. We currently have a need for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (8am-8pm). Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.

Responsibilities :

• Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.
• Assist with the patient's activities of daily living as well as personal care.
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care.
• Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed.
• Maintain records and documentation of services.
• Communication with the patients family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.

Minimum Qualifications :

$18 - $20 an hour
