Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate to join our team and contribute to exciting marketing projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative initiatives that support product launches and promotional activities.

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing projects related to promotional materials and programs for both international and U.S. markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Manage the submission and approval process for promotional materials, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
  • Coordinate logistics for conferences and meetings, maintaining budget and timeline adherence.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead training sessions for team members and external partners.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with marketing technology and the MLR review process.
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Veeva PromoMats or Adobe AEM / Workfront.
